Can we purchase any of the past Trunk of Requirements?
Brilliant Idea, if there any remaining Trunks available they will be listed in our Shoppe page. You can also discover any remaining items from past Trunks thee as well.
How Much is the Quarterly Subscription Trunk?
The Quarterly Trunk contains at least seven mysteriously magical items as well as an exclusive mysterious story full of cyphers, codes, and hidden secrets. Each Trunk costs Sixty Four Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents USD plus Tax & Shipping for the annual subscription.
Do you offer Coupons or Discounts?
We certainly do if you know where to look, but these are challenging to track down. First begin by searching our social media channels and our media partenrs on YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook. Some codes you can solve for and some you have to simply discover for yourself. Be careful where you step, it could be a spider, or the tail of a basilisk! Don’t forget a mirror to look around corners.
Do we ship Internationally?
Brilliant! International shipping can range from two to four weeks. Unfortunately, delivery is unable to be guaranteed at this time, in case of any customs or shipping issues or potential owl quarantines. Tracking will be provided for all of our Subscription Trunks so you can easily track and monitor your shipment! We are unable to control any international packages which could become lost, destroyed, damaged, or stolen during shipping. Therefore, we would not be able to replace or refund trunks if something like the above mentioned were to occur. If your Trunk is returned back to us, we will reship it to the buyer at the buyer’s expense. Also, all Internationally shipped Trunks are sent insured, and if your Trunk somehow becomes lost, misplaced, or beaten by a giant you will be able to file a claim for your refund! If you do not see your home country listed, please reach out to us and provide your address and we can see if there is an opportunity to add your country to our list! Any One-Time Trunk will only bill you once. The Quarterly Subscriptions Trunks will bill for the first of four trunks immediately and then for one additional trunk each quarter. For further billing questions please contact us at Owlery@trunkofrequirements.com.
The 2023 Quarterly Subscription includes: the 2023 Winter Trunk, the 2023 Spring Trunk, the 2023 Summer Trunk and the 2023 Fall Trunk.
Billing Inquiries
Do you Personalize Trunks?
Not always does the Trunk of Requirements contain personalized magical items. However, we do believe a Trunk will contain some personalized items in a future set of magical items. These may pertain to House Associated items or possible organizations you may feel associated with.
Do you offer any Subscription Refunds?
Unfortunately, Trunk Of Requirements does not refund subscriptions once billed. If you would like to go through the cancellation process to ensure you are not billed before the next subscription please do so from your account view. You can find your re-billing date by logging in and checking on your orders page. If a refund should happen to be needed, we will not include the processing fee that is part of the original charge.
What if I have moved and need to update my Address?
Please login your account and simply edit and update your physical address. If you have a pending order the address change will not take effect for any orders that have already placed. To have your address updated on any pending orders, please email Owlery@trunkofrequirements.com to update your shipping address on pending orders.
What if my Trunk is returned to ToR?
Any Trunk Subscription that is returned to our Owlrey will be shipped back to the subscriber, however, the cost to reship the trunk will be paid by the subscriber, if their provided address was entered incorrectly, or if the subscriber fails to retrieve their Trunk from customs, or other similar situations.
